Property Policies

Smoking Policy

  • 100% smoke-free property
  • Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana are prohibited indoors
  • $250 cleaning fee for violations

Parking Policy

  • Free self-parking for registered guests
  • Hotel is not responsible for theft or damage

Pet Policy

  • Up to two dogs allowed (maximum 80 lbs each)
  • Cats or other pets allowed with prior approval
  • $25 per day pet fee

Child Policy

  • Children 16 and under stay free with one paying adult using existing bedding

Quiet Hours

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Noise disturbances may result in warnings or eviction without refund

Pool & Fitness Center

  • Open daily 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • No lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping available upon request
  • Full service provided every 3 days
  • Guests may opt out of daily cleaning


Payment & Incidentals

  • Credit and debit cards accepted
  • Cash payments may require an additional deposit
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property
  • Incidentals deposit may be required at check-in



Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for the full stay
  • No-shows will be charged the full stay
  • Reservation will be cancelled after the first night unless prior arrangements are made


Safety & Security

  • CCTV in common areas and exterior
  • Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
  • Fire extinguishers and security alarm system
  • Tampering with safety equipment may result in fines

Lost & Found

  • Items left behind are logged and held for 30 days
  • Guests are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Hotel is not liable for lost or unclaimed items
